Cisco College offers professional truck driving school in partnership with Action Career Training. You can earn your commercial truck driving license in 160 hours over the course of 4 weeks.
Week 1 - Classroom Instruction
Week 2 - Classroom & In-truck Instruction
Weeks 3 & 4 - In-truck Instruction
Requirements
- Applicant must be 18 years of age or older.
- Each applicant must pass the Department of Transportation examination, including but not limited to urinalysis drug screening.
- A high school diploma, GED, or ability to pass the Benefit Entrance Test is required for enrollment. If you have a diploma or GED, you must provide a copy to ACT.
- Applicant must read, write, speak, and understand English. All DPS tests are required to be mastered in English.
