TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE. By using this Site, you signify your assent to these terms of use and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including U.S. and State of Texas laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not use the Site. THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED AND INTERPRETED BY THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS WITHOUT REGARD TO THE CONFLICTS OF LAW PROVISIONS THEREOF.   1. This web site (“Site”) is owned and operated by Cisco College. (referred to as “Cisco” herein). The Site and its contents may only be accessed for personal use. No material from Cisco or any web site owned, operated, licensed or controlled by Cisco may be used for any commercial or resale purposes. Furthermore, materials may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of Cisco’s copyright and other proprietary rights.
